What’s the Cost?
Initial service call is $135 (higher rate for after-hours call outs), $180 for weekends and $220 for Public Holidays. This includes assessment and minor repairs that do not require replacement parts. If parts are required or it is a lengthy repair, you will be given a quote before the work is performed. This quote will include both materials and labour.
Time and materials charges are applicable for the total time on-site including paperwork and any clean up.
Where we provide an estimate for repair of appliance services, we reserve the right to request payment in advance of ordering parts and performing services.
